Matt Dietrich

Matt Dietrich is currently CEO of Custom Glass Solutions, LLC, in Worthington, OH, a middle-market manufacturing business with over 750,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and more than 700 employees across six facilities in three states. CGS, a portfolio company of Stellex Capital headquartered in New York, NY, is one of the largest big-format glazing and engineered glass products businesses in the U.S.

An engineer by background, Matt has 36 years of experience scaling and optimizing industrial businesses. He has led middle-market manufacturing companies with technical products, global markets, and complex commercial strategies. Matt has a proven track record in revenue growth, organizational transformation, process implementation, and operational optimization. He has experience in public, private, and private equity-owned environments, with P&L sizes ranging from $50 million to nearly $1 billion. Matt is particularly experienced leading businesses engaged in bespoke engineered / manufactured products serving large OEM, MRO after sales, service, general distribution, and industrial capital equipment markets.
