Chief Technology Officer
We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer who has strong experience in research and development with in-depth knowledge of hardware and software development and integration. This role will play an integral part in setting the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth regarding technology advancement. This position will report directly to the CEO, and will be a key stakeholder within the growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Create and collaborate on development of advanced technologies for Intelligent Precision Spray Solutions
- Own and drive next-gen technology
- Generate Patent(s) around agricultural AI and data-centric technologies
- Create and provide ongoing updates on departmental budgets
- Assist in on-going investor pitches and provide monthly reports to existing investors
- Drive NSF and other grant proposals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar Engineering/Software leadership role
- Adept in understanding and development of AI and ML
- Strong experience in software and hardware development and integration
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities

- Problem-solving aptitude
- Experience driving patent submission process
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
